Wakefield Civic Society plan to host a series of short films exploring parts of Wakefield’s heritage in a Heritage Open Days Showcase which is available now – but most of the films that they are planning to host will only be available during the Heritage Open Days period from 11th and 20th September onwards. Some of these will be made by the Civic Society and some will be made by others not directly connected with the Society:
In addition to the films, the President, Kevin Trickett, will also be delivering four Zoom webinars – talks about aspects of Wakefield’s heritage. These are free but must be booked in advance
