Wakefield Historical Society members, are you willing to help?
Before Covid we used to share excursions with Wakefield Civic Society. They were a mixture of full day coach excursions monthly from May to September, and also some more local excursions where members found their own way to a venue. The outings were organised by an informal group of WCS/WHS members who each organised 1 or 2 outings. We need a couple of volunteers from WHS to join the organising group so we have a say in what is arranged. Please offer to help if you can, by contacting “info@wakefieldhistoricalsociety.org.uk”
