A new book on Bretton Hall teacher-training college is to be published on 25th September. Edited by Anthony Denton, the last Bursar before the college closed, and John Taylor, the third Principal, it includes essays on the history of teacher-training there, and reminiscences by students and staff. It can be pre-ordered through Quacks Books of York, and it will be available at YSP. Price £20.
