South Leeds are conducting archaeology at Temple Newsam during the summer.
Their next meeting on Thu 17th April, will be covering their plans, and they are
encouraging anyone interested in participating to come along.
Excavations will be at the site of the demolished stable/riding-school at Temple
Newsam.
It is not all digging, it includes photography, finds cleaning and
recording, section and plan drawing, surveying, dealing with the public,
etc.
